A standard clamp bar holds with whatever pressure you gave it when you put it up.
AUTOLOCK™ works the other way around.
When you hang from the bar, the clamp face presses farther into the door frame — the more load it carries, the harder it holds.

The 1/8 in (3 mm) steel core is what holds the bar’s shape under load
On top of the AUTOLOCK™ clamp, we added a non-slip pad we designed in-house.
It adds friction, so the bar is less likely to shift while you’re on it.

Dedicated band mounts are built into both ends of the bar
They sit apart from the center dial, so you never have to loop a band around the adjustment mechanism
The center dial does one job: it sets the length

If the center dial works loose, the bar can fall.
Always attach resistance bands to the dedicated mounts at both ends.

High-density NBR rubber doesn’t get slick when your hands sweat.
The grip shrugs off oil and water.
Cleanup is just a wipe-down.
The grip is in your hands every time you use the bar, so we had it tested for hazardous substances.
