Privacy Policy

This page is operated by PASSIONATE Inc. (“FITABLE”, “we”), a company registered in the Republic of Korea. It is an early-interest page for a planned U.S. launch of the FITABLE Objet Wide Pull-Up Bar ARC. It is not a store. We do not sell anything here and we do not take payment here.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you join the launch list through our form, we collect your email address and your answers about your door frame type, body weight range, how likely you are to buy at the planned price, what price would work for you, and what is holding you back. Everything except the email address is multiple choice.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit this page we and our analytics partners collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and which ad or link brought you here.

Why we collect it

• To email you when U.S. pricing, shipping and order dates are confirmed
• To measure whether our ads are working and to improve this page
• To decide whether there is enough U.S. demand to launch

We do not use your answers to make any automated decision that affects you individually.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google — Google Forms stores your form responses; Google Analytics 4 measures page usage. Google Privacy Policy
• Meta Platforms — the Meta pixel on this page measures ad performance. Meta Privacy Policy
• GitHub — hosts this page. GitHub Privacy Statement

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This page uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage Meta ad settings in your Meta account. This page does not respond to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals at this time.

Where your data goes

We are based in South Korea, and our service providers operate internationally. If you are in the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored on servers outside the United States, including in South Korea.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list responses until the U.S. launch decision is made and the launch email has gone out, and no longer than 24 months from the date you submit, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the provider.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can email us to ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop emailing you — every email we send has an unsubscribe option, and you can also just reply asking to be removed

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email support@fitablekorea.com with the email address you signed up with. We will respond within 45 days.

Children

This page is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. This product is not intended for use by children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
